Как все началось
Живя в Чикаго, Джоанна накопила довольно много мелочей, подходящих для уютного, естественного интерьера. Оставалось только поэтому купить новую квартиру! Найти подходящее место было весьма сложно. Она наткнулась на свою квартиру, когда поехала смотреть совсем другой дом. Но он оказался не подходящим, и выходя оттуда, она случайно увидела надпись «продаётся».

Как и многие жилые дома в Портленде, этот также имеет и свою историю, и свой шарм. Раньше он был пансионатом для одиноких женщин. Здание имеет оригинальную конструкцию и планировку, но в спальне, например, есть место только для большой двуспальной кровати. А встроенные шкафы-купе располагаются вдоль противоположных стен кухни. Дом Джоанны наполнен вещами, которые вдохновляют и важны для нее. Большинство из них она заказывала онлайн или покупала в хозяйственных магазинах. Переезжая, вместо того, чтобы избавиться от ненужного, она заказала большой грузовик, и все без исключения взяла с собой. Теперь каждая деталь в ее интерьере существует, чтобы создать индивидуальную атмосферу и неповторимый уют.
